I became a realtor shortly after moving to Colorado with my wife in May of 2002. Prior to that, I was self employed, owning and operating two successful businesses. After my wife graduated from college in 2002, we chose Colorado Springs as our home destination due to the moderate climate, beautiful scenery, favorable cost of living, and many other factors.
Since becoming a realtor, I have truly enjoyed helping families find the right home in the right neighborhood. I have been involved in many diverse transactions, from vacant land sales to new construction, and resale homes (both single family and townhomes) to custom built homes on acreages. In 2006, I successfully closed 21 transactions, 8 of which were my own listings.
My wife and I were blessed with the birth of our son in 2004, and again with a daughter in December of 2007. I enjoy home improvement projects, gardening, working on classic cars, and spending time with my family. I would love to share with you the pros and cons of moving to Colorado based on my own personal experience.
