I I have served as the Realtor of Choice for hundreds of people over the course of my career. Unlike many real estate professionals who become realtors after trying other careers, I chose to become a realtor early on—it is my career. Satisfied clients, both buyers and sellers, know that my service and professionalism—with a caring heart—are second to none.
I've been in this business for more than 20 years,emphasizing on new construction and design. I began my career selling on-site for builders, and have sold resort properties and trophy homes in the Colorado Rockies, and residential real estate in Denver, Albuquerque, and Colorado Springs.
In addition to real estate, I have owned my own small interior design studio, and have an accomplished design background. I was able to combine sales for custom home builders with interior design for the custom home clients. I completed interior design for a number of model homes for small builders in the early 1990s. However, doing both sales and design became far too time-consuming, so I ended up choosing to stick to my first love—selling real estate.
I am a consistent million-dollar producer, and have earned two Realtor designations: the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the CSP (Certified New Home Specialist). In 2004, I received sales awards from three of the top builders in Colorado Springs. I have also received numerous Realtor awards, including the prestigious President’s Circle, Sterling Circle, and Diamond Circle awards.
I believe in providing my clients with an attitude of caring about what they care about. No problem or concern is too small when it comes to my clients. What is important to one client may not be what’s important to another. Therefore, it is critical for me to get to know my clients, and really listen to what they desire and need in a home. If I listen to them and take my real estate knowledge and expertise and apply it on their behalf, I can successfully find them the home that fulfills their dreams and desires. It is then a truly win-win situation.
I bring to my clients a vast array of experience and insight about the market and the real estate experience. I help the buyer or seller come through the sometimes stressful experience of home buying or selling with the least amount of pressure. Whether resale or new, first time buyer or move up buyer, starter home or upscale, I believe I have the attitude, aptitude, expertise, and determination to make the purchase or sale the most pleasant experience possible.
In my personal life, I have two children and three grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, spending time in the beautiful Colorado Mountains, church activities, and spending time with my family and friends. Colorado is my home, and I love living here. I can’t even imagine living anywhere else. I tried it once, and I came back!
