Staff Support
New Home Connection™ is organized to allow our sales people to spend most of their time with buyers and sellers. Our support team takes care of the marketing and advertising, as well as many of the necessary but generally unproductive administrative chores normally required of salespeople. You, the salesperson, get to focus on sales.
Heritage Realty (our parent company) will also provide you with a superb support staff, including the managing broker, Paul Goldenbogen, who currently serves as Chairman of the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Under his experienced supervision, you will be able to do commercial sales, leases, etc. New Home Connection’s staff includes technical and administrative specialists dedicated to supporting you, the salesperson.
Our support team provides the following:
- Computer and Internet expertise that provides quality websites and the latest in interactive, customer-pleasing tools.
- Marketing and advertising to provide ongoing customer leads and lead sources.
- Administrative assistance, including customer contact programs and services.
- Full relocation support, including CD Relocation packages with video and information tailored to the customers’ needs and interests.
- Extensive database of new homes by many builders. Just indicate desired neighborhood(s), home style, and price range, and our staff will produce a CD with multiple home photos and floorplans. This is like new home MLS, and is only available to New Home Connection agents.
