Many Realtors seem to believe that generating the most income is primarily a function of paying the lowest desk fees and obtaining the highest commission splits. Like sheep, they flock together looking for the company with the lowest costs and highest splits. The buzz (or Baa!) on who offers the "best deal" spreads throughout the group.
