New Home Connection spends generously and works very hard to generate leads for our agent team members. We provide our agents with an ongoing, continuous stream of leads—GUARANTEED. We distribute many hundreds of leads to our agents each month. During one recent month, we distributed over 800 leads to our team.

The leads are generated from our extensive website complex, magazine ads, relocation guides, military ads, and more.

Our websites and advertising efforts have a very long and wide reach. The leads provided include new home buyers and relocation buyers, both generally very lucrative prospects. Many military buyers are picked up via our websites HelloFortCarson.com, HelloAirForceAcademy.com, and PetersonAirForceBase.com. Our website PrimeValueRealty.com attracts both home buyers and investors.

Another very successful lead generator and lead capture system is our quick response system. Each day, one of our agents is assigned to field leads coming in from our many websites. These leads are funneled into a single work station. We call this operation our Quick Response Team (QRT). The quick response to requests for information produces a good rate of prospect captures from these leads. Agents are assigned to this lucrative opportunity on a rotating basis, just like traditional floor time.

Technical Assistance

Training

New Home Connection provides its agents with continuous training and coaching. All systems and programs used by our team are explained by our administration and technical staff when you join the team. Training is personal and one-on-one. We will train you until you get it right.

Continuous professional training is provided free of charge by Keller Williams. Keller Williams is generally recognized for providing the industry's finest professional training and coaching. Rookies as well as old pros benefit from the many training courses offered, ranging from basic to advanced. Without the proper training, success in selling real estate is doubtful.

Profit Sharing and Retirement

Did you know that Keller Williams shares 48% of their profits with their agents? Each month, checks are distributed to qualifying agents. Listings

New Home Connection and Keller Williams strongly promote listings. All long term evidence indicates that each listing, if promoted correctly, will produce two buyer sales for the listing agent. Usually, listings take less of the agent's time and effort to get to closing than it takes to produce a buyer sale. Our staff will do much of the administrative and marketing chores for you when you obtain a listing. We encourage listings by providing especially generous commission incentives for sold listings. We also provide signs, sign riders, lock boxes, photography, and print and web advertising, all at no cost to the listing agent. We will even provide agents interested in farming a neighborhood with their own neighborhood website.

Keller Williams provides professional basic and advanced training on how to list successfully. Once again, we strongly support listings.
