"Perception is Reality"
While this philosophical notion has been challenged, it still stands as a useful, if imperfect, way to help understand the importance of projecting a favorable image of your property--from the very start. We have all been told that a first impression can only be made once, and it only takes seconds for that impression to form. There are no second chances for first impressions.
It used to be that the first impression buyers got of a home for sale was when they pulled up in front of the property. Good or bad, this is called "curb appeal." However, with today's technology, the first time most buyers see a home is now on the Internet. If the first Internet impression of the home is not favorable, the buyers will eliminate the property from further consideration right then and there.
It is critically important for the home seller to visually portray the property (and neighborhood) in a favorable light right from the get go. Once a poor/less favorable impression is made on a buyer, you have probably lost them for good.
New Home Connection has the resources to help you create and project a most favorable marketing image of your property and neighborhood. We will begin by placing your property in our "Homes That Shine" category. By being in this category, it will be narratively described as part of "a special collection of especially nice and particularly well-maintained homes--in all price ranges."
