In today's electronic communications environment, it is essential for us to respond promptly to incoming buyer prospect telephone calls and email requests. We organized our Quick Response Team (QRT) to answer and respond to telephone calls on the spot, drastically reducing the number of voicemail messages received by callers. In addition, we respond very quickly to incoming email requests from prospective buyers, because, in this new age, we receive far more inquiries via email than telephone.
When new visitors arrive at NewHomeConnection.com or HelloColoradoSprings.com, as well as some of our other websites, they are asked to submit a new user registration form in order to gain access to the website. This form includes options to receive real estate and/or relocation information. When the form is submitted, the agent on QRT duty at that time will receive an email and quickly respond to the new visitor with the information they request (hence the name: Quick Response Team).
Our agents can respond within seconds of receiving an email inquiry. Our response is so fast that we often contact people (via phone or email) while they are still on our website. This technique can so favorably impress the prospect, that right then they are converted to our buying customer.
In addition, we have advertised domestic and global toll-free telephone numbers, and the agent on QRT duty also fields incoming calls from those sources.
We have established a QRT desk and computer, and have a rotating duty roster so that our agents cover this desk from 8am to 5pm, seven days a week.
